. It was founded in 1971 and has commissioned and premiered more than 170 new choral works in almost four decades. VCC performs at home and abroad and has received many honours and distinctions from around the world. VCC has toured throughout North America as well as Asia and Europe.

Conductors

Jon Washburn is a world-renowned conductor and scholar who has been serving as the Conductor and Artistic Director of the Vancouver Chamber Choir since its formation.
John William Trotter is an award-winning conductor who has joined the Vancouver Chamber Choir as Assistant Conductor in 2009.
