New updates have been released approximately monthly towards a goal of uberSVN providing "an open extensible platform for application lifecycle management (ALM) that's easy to install, easy to use and easy to extend."

Features

The program contains all the dependencies needed to setup and run an Apache Subversion server on Windows, Linux or Mac OS X operating systems.
