The Middle School (7th to 8th grade) is located at Anchor Baptist Church. The Middle school offers extracurricular activities such as drama, girls and boys soccer, girls and boys basketball, and cross-country. The boys and girls in 8th grade can often play high school sports.

The High School (9th to 12th grade) is located at Wellington Church. The High School offers extracurricular activities including boys soccer, girls soccer, boys baseball, girls softball, golf, girls volleyball, cheerleading, cross-country, and JV and varsity girls and boys basketball. The principal of the Upper School is Anita Haddock.
