 the project contractor. Town Square was designed by Development Design Group, Alan J. Mayer Architect and Marnell Corrao. It is located on the former site of Vacation Village.

An existing 300000 square feet (27,870.9 m²) Fry's Electronics

While still under construction, the development was the centerpiece of the International Council of Shopping Centers
