History

Teleopti was founded in 1992 by Nils Bildt as a small company to provide customer support for ABB, SAS, SEB and Volvo in Sweden.
The support solution was based on an algorithm that optimized voice over fixed data networks from an economical perspective. In the late 90s the company started its expansion in the Nordic countries. The first non-Nordic office was opened in the UK in 2000 .
