company founded in January 2008, which markets travel packages and tours to the lesbian
community. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Sweet's mission is to offer vacations that empower and motivate guests to achieve their personal, professional and philanthropic goals. Sweet aims to offer vacations with a difference—ecofriendly, voluntourism opportunities and packed with activities and events featuring a long list of popular lesbian celebrities. Wentworth teamed up with CarbonFund.org to figure out exactly how her trips could be carbon neutral (answer: by helping to reforest a large area along the Tensas River in Louisiana). Wentworth also plans to incorporate humanitarian projects into each of her trips. Sweet's first offering will be a Fall 2009 Caribbean cruise departing from New Orleans. Before setting sail, Sweet plans a three-day land package for guests interested in helping with Hurricane Katrina Relief.
