. Currently they are playing in the Thai Division 1 League after being relegated from the Thai Premier League in 2007. Their home stadium is Suphanburi Municipality Stadium.

Suphanburi have won the now defunct Pro League on two occasions, in 2002 and 2004.

Formation and early years

The club was founded in 1998 From there, founded in 1999 participated in the Thailand Provincial League of Football League in parallel to the Thai League and headed by the Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT). In the founding year of the league in 1999, the club was able to win right away, the vice-championship. Total Suphanburi was one of the most successful teams in the Pro League. League era

They were relegated from Thai Division 1 in 2010. Fortunately, a late decision to expand the 1st division offered them an opportunity to regain their 1st division status if they could beat Saraburi F.C. in a two legged playoff. The Warriors won 3-2 on aggregate to retain their place in Division 1.
