Stoudtburg Village

Stoudtburg Village is just under 27 acres developed in the style of an old-fashioned European Village. The concept is to create a self-contained hamlet with shops on the ground floor and living quarters above. It was conceived to have many tourists and shoppers come and enjoy the ambiance of this quaint hamlet. Many of the residents live above their shops just as shopkeepers do in Europe. Stoudtburg Village is still under construction but when competed residents will be able to meet all their needs without leaving the Village.
Presently there are 60 units, not including 6 apartments with 2 sh op spaces below. Approximately 80 units are planned in the second phase. Most of these buildings will be "shop-capable," but it is not necessary to have a shop.

All of the shops are unique. There are antique shops, doll shops, an art gallery, and a toy robot museum. There is a wine shop, several country craft shops, and a coffee house. The Village has technology companies, a candy shop, a dried flower shop and a energy healing practitioner. A bicycle shop, a koi fish shop, and a fly and tackle shop reside in Stoudtburg Village as well.
