has decided to do a TIF Study or Tax Increment Financing
of the property. The property has had a slump in sales the past 5 years. There is only 105 of the possible 135 store fronts filled, making a 76% occupancy. The TIF study would hopefully provide money for a remodel of the property and if the remodel were to happen the plan would be to place different store in each mall of the Quad Cities

pharmacy operated in the mall until 2003, when a new free-standing store was built off-site; Old Navy
opened a store in Walgreens' place in 2006.
