Plot

A weekly serial by Neena Gupta, Siski is the story of three memorable characters and the impact their love for one another has on their lives and the lives of those they love.

Sypnosis

Colonel Baldev Sethi, or Bali (Kanwaljit Singh) as friends affectionately know him, is a man who values discipline. An army veteran and CO, he faces life with the same stoicism that helped him win medals of valour in combat.

Pixie (Sumeet Saigal) is Bali's dearest friend, akin to a blood brother. A virile young Sardar, Bali has a fondness for the company of attractive young women, loves to drink, and has a heart as big as Punjab's farmlands. Pixie is also extremely possessive about the people he loves and this over-possessiveness often leads to predicaments that Pixie has to be helped out of. It's always Bali who comes to his aid.

Like all great friendships, the brotherhood of Bali and Pixie also has the potential to go awry and turn blood brothers into blood-enemies. This is what threatens to happen when a very unusual and attractive woman comes into Bali's and Pixie's lives. Anoushka Saxena (Neena Gupta), a successful career woman whose parents have all but given up hope of her finding a man with as much integrity and moral substance as herself. At times it seems more likely that Anu's pretty younger sister Kaanchi (Tara Patel) will find a suitable boy first.

Siski is the story of these unique characters and how their choices and loves change the course of their lives and relationships. What if you're lucky enough to find the perfect life partner and marry him or her, but doing so threatens to destroy the most important friendship of your life. Will you still go ahead and marry? Or will you sacrifice your marriage for your friend's sake?
