This chapter takes place 15 years after the previous work. Running period, 1994 to 1995.

Outline

This chapter officially introduced the "Real" Mushas, mushas with realistic proportions, into the Musha Gundam storyline. The concept was well received in the model kits and so "Real" Mushas became common in future series.

The characters of this chapter are derived from the mobile weapons from Mobile Suit V Gundam. The BB Senshi kits of this chapter are compatible with parts of kits from the previous chapters.

Story

15 years had past since Shinsei Daishougun restored peace to Ark. He married Hiten Gundam, the daughter of sworn buddy Gouten Gundam. The couple had two sons, Victory and V-maru. One day, the Crystal Phoenix of Shinsei shattered and its fragments dispersed throughout Ark. Seeing that the power of the Gundam Army has weaken, the New Dark Army revived. This time the New Dark Army dropped the Islands of the Sky(天の島) at Abram and Albion, Ark is warned to be the next. Victory together with the seven Choushougun chosen by the seven Beam Crystals<閃光結晶>(Crystal Phoenix fragments) head toward Mount Anaheim where the giant who can stop the falling of the Island of the Sky sleeps. They discovered the giant Kidou Musha Daihagane. Shokew with his plans to revive Yami Majin created Batou Musha Mazaku too. Yamimajin Rig Shokew went after Daihagane into space. Victory transformed to the Daishougun in the battle and defeated Mazaku. In the end Daihagane sacrificed himself to destroy Rig Shokew and the Island of the Sky.

Ark

Musha Victory/ Victory Choushougun/ Victory Daishougun (武者飛駆鳥/飛駆鳥超将軍/飛駆鳥大将軍)
  • Design basis: V2 Gundam
Son of Shinsei Daishougun, childhood name Bui no Shin. Had no interest in studies but instead has been practicing fencing with Kensei Fukushougun and Mark Three since young. A spoilt child but has a strong sense of justice. Seeing that his father lost the Crystal Phoenix, he went off with the Choushougun to battle the New Dark Army. Gains a suit of golden armour by combining with the Metal Garuda(鋼鉄迦楼羅).
Knowing true anger and sorrow, discarding one's naiveness, Victory releases the power within and transformed into a Daishougun.


V-Maru (舞威丸)
  • Design basis: V Gundam
Son of Shinsei Daishougun, Victory's younger brother. He is the complete opposite of his brother, a quiet boy that excels in his studies. He is often called the genius of Birmingham(破悪民我夢). Came in contact with and then piloted Daihagane.


Shinsei Daishougun (新世大将軍)
Protagonist of the previous work, current ruler of Ark. He suspected the falling of the Islans of the Sky had something to do with the revival of the New Dark Army. But suddenly the Crystal Phoenix (Shinou, Giou and Taiou<心凰・技凰・体凰>) on his armour shattered into seven pieces scattering around Ark and at the same time he was down with illness.

In the Bom Bom version the Dark Crystal Phoenix(暗黒結晶鳳凰) damaged the Shinou, and that in turn shattered and scattered Giou and Taiou too.


Kensei Fukushougun (剣聖副将軍)
Rekkuu promoted to fukushougun.


Onmitsu Fukushougun (隠密副将軍)
Reppa promoted to fukushougun.

 it was restored by Kaen no Double Zeta. in the restoration Double Zeta added the Gouhagane mode(剛鋼形態), which is heat and pressure resistant, then seal it in Mount Anaheim hiding it.

Originally named "Taiyo Haganehou"(太陽鋼砲) but due to the deterioration of the blueprints only the characters "Dai Hagane"(太鋼) remain and so it was carved to its shoulder during the restoration. Later it was seen by V-maru thus it was called it Daihagane. Appeared in Musharetsuden Bukbuka Hen

Kouki Gundam (荒鬼頑駄無)

A leader among the Choushougun. Born at Mount Ooe(於雄得山) where legend said its where Yondaime Daishougun suppressed an ogre attack. Referred to as the "Onishougun of Justice" who defeated the gang that devastated the village. He is hailed as the second coming of Yondaime Daishougun. Dislikes shiitake

Raimei Gundam (雷鳴頑駄無)
A disciple of Kensei Fukushougun, a Choushougun chosen by the Beam Crystal. Speaks in a polite manner but his cool and domineering character can be hard to buy. Skilled in handling his long rifle Raihou "Inazuma". He is hailed as the second coming of Nidaime Daishougun when the headpiece decoration of the Seven Mushas appeared to lend their power to him. Able to change to the Inazuma Raigeki(稲妻雷撃) mode


Jyuuou Gundam (獣王頑駄無)
Journeyed all of Ark, a musha who had reached the point where he can communicate with nature. From his training he can communicate with and use the powers of the legendary Four Beast Kings thus hailed as the second coming of Shodai Daishougun. Likes shiitake. Alble to transform into the Shiseijyuu Henge(四聖獣変化) form.


Tenchi Gundam (天地頑駄無)

Senriki Gundam/ Mashougun Senriki (千力頑駄無/魔将軍千力)
He lives for justice, friendship and victory and he is on a journey to cleanse the world off evil. The common folk dubbed him the "World Corrective Shougun" and whole-heartedly support him. He likes bananas. This love for bananas and world corrective journey is also shared with an olden musha Sennari Daishougun(千生大将軍). Which makes people wonder if he is Sennari himself or a reincarnation.
He was forced to work for the New Dark Army as Mashougun Senraki by donning the brain-washing Zanneck mask. But he was later brought back to good, against the New Dark Army. His horse Red Batori(烈堂馬虎) also serves as his armour.


Bakuryuu Gundam (爆流頑駄無)
  • Design basis: Shining Gundam
An inventor of the Machinery Clan. Brothers with Hiten Gundam Choushougun(飛天頑駄無超将軍) and Taiga Gundam Choushougun(大牙頑駄無超将軍). He has built the Corelander(魂嵐弾), which is able to travel on air, land, sea and underground, to surpass his brothers. Uses nitouryu and also a skilled melee fighter. Later on created the Tekki Musha based on Daihagane schematic. He will also eventually train V-Maru.


Ganin Tetra/ Tetra Gundam (牙忍鉄斗羅/鉄斗羅頑駄無)
  • Design basis: Gerbera Tetra, Gundam GP-04
A former member of the New Dark Army, had a change of heart after meeting Shinsei Daishougun and now work undercover under Onmitsu Fukushougun for the Daishougun. Fated to live in the interim between light and darkness, similar to Zakuto. Breaking into Rig Shokew's barrier and letting off his most powerful attack, he was prepared to perish with the enemy but the Crystal Phoenix revived him to a new form, Tetra Gundam.

New Dark Army

Mazaku/ Batou Musha Mazaku (魔殺駆/覇道武者 魔殺駆)
  • Design basis: Johnny Ridden's High Mobility Zaku II
The head of the New Dark Army. He is used by Shokew in his plan to revive Yami Majin. Supposed to be involved in the fusion of Shokew and Kurayami but half way he separated from it and became the gigantic crimson dark general Batou Musha Mazaku.


Jujutsushi Shokew/ Yamimajin Rig Shokew (呪術師 遮光/闇魔神 吏偶遮光)
  • Design basis: Shokew, Rig Shokew
The new sorcerer of the New Dark Army. His true identity is the personification of the spirit of Yami Teiou, who was defeated in the previous work. Tried to absorb Mazaku in order to revive Yami Majin but due to Mazaku's unexpected action became Yamimajin Rig Shokew who is Shokew's consciousness in a changed form and heightened power.

Glossary

Choushougun (超将軍)
The title given to the holders of the Beam Crystal. Capable independent mushas who cooperate closely in secrecy are also titled Choushougun. Later on it became one of the designations any musha may be entitled to.


Islands of the Sky (天の島)
  • Design basis: Space colony
Giant floating structures in outer space of unknown origins.
