There are many cows which provide the village with milk. The main occupation is farming. The people are very kind and good looking. There are natural hot springs

. There is a government school that provides education until the children reach about ten years of age. However, in recent years many people have decided to leave the village because of the harsh climate of the Himalayas. The people who live there are all Tibetan. In the Tibetan new year, they have good food and good milk. They believe in the supernatural. They believe in the spirits of the dead who can make them sicken and die. If there is no lama or holy man, then they surely will die. They are very poor but very friendly. They are very nice and kindhearted. They are very tolerant of their own children. The children are very strong.
