. The name of the album comes from a line in the opening track, "To the Girl I Loved for an Hour". This line is borrowed from the song "American Nightmare" by the New Jersey horror punk band the Misfits (band): "I put an axe in my baby's head/I'm gonna end up doin' time/She looks so good in red/American nightmare, runnin' scared."
