  • Abbinate clan (Marano) - Boss: Raffaele Abbinate, aka "Papale e Marano", brothers Antonio and Giudo, nephew Francesco (they were originally part of the Di Lauro clan, but were caught up in a 2002 sweep that jailed boss Raffaele, a former Di Lauro lieutenant. They are now aligned with the scissionisti).
  • Maisto clan (Giugliano, Melito) - Boss: Gennaro Maisto
  • Bizzaro clan (Melito) - Boss: Federico Bizzaro, aka "Bacchettella" (murdered February 2004, one of the first bosses to be eliminated in the war)
  • Ruocco clan (Mugnano) - Boss: Antonio Ruocco
  • Pariante clan (Bacoli, Monte di Procida) - Boss: Rosario Pariante (Pariante was a former Di Lauro lieutenant, who split with the group joining the scissionisti alliance in late 2004)
  • Cimmino-Totaro clan (Vomero,Camaldoli,Arenella) - Boss: Giovanni Totaro, aka "Giovannone", and "Luigi Cimmino"
  • Russo clan (Spanish quarters) - Boss: Domenico Russo (killed)
  • Lepre clan, as affiliated with Cimmino-Totaro clan (Districts Spanish) Boss: Ciro Lepre, aka "or sheriff".
