Formats

There were different names for the show, depending on which day it aired. The Saturday morning show was called Saturday Cooks!, and the show which currently airs during the week is called Daily Cooks Challenge.

Scheduling

Saturday Cooks! aired from 10 June 2006 - 15 December 2007. When it first started it aired at 9:25am but then was moved first to 11:30am and later, in 2007, to 12 noon. This was to complete with the BBC's offering Saturday Kitchen

. Saturday Cooks! did not return for a fourth series and it has been replaced by films and drama repeats.

Spin-offs

A spin-off series, Christmas Cooks! aired during the Christmas period in 2006 at 10:30am on weekday mornings on the ITV Network. It returned for a second series in December 2007. In 2008 Christmas Cooks! was replaced by Christmas Cooks Challenge. In the 2009 "Christmas Specials" there were 3 selected Christmas Cooks episodes which were repeated from 2008.

A brand new series of Daily Cooks Challenege was broadcast from the 29th March 2010 - 21st May 2010.

There will be no Christmas programme broadcast during the Christmas period for 2010.
