Early life
Sangeeta's real name was Perveen Rizvi, but later changed to Sangeeta. Her father, Syed Tayyab Husain Rizvi, gave her a good home environment. Hence, little Perveen’s talents grew rapidly.Perveen’s mother, Mehtab Rizvi, had been affiliated with the show business in her times.
