 music downloads are not available. It is not currently available through the Verizon website. The phone does not have a microSD card slot, so the buyer cannot expand the 1.87 GB of internal memory.

UK and O2 Telecom. In Australia, it was mistakenly titled the Jukebox, until executives clarifed the error. Rumors abound of an upgraded Juke being released sometime in late 2008.

The largest design flaw with the Juke is that by opening and closing the swivel several times (normal use over several months to a year), the phone may break at the swivel point, thus rendering the phone useless. This is very rare, and only happens with abuse of over using the swivel feature. The swivel point does not usually break, yet can become very loose, not staying open, or closed at times.
