Sam Mills III is an American football
coach. He is the Defensive quality control coach
for the Carolina Panthers

. He has been a part of the Panthers staff since 2006. Previously, Mills had worked in defensive quality control only, and in 2011 received the additional title of assistant defensive line coach.
He is the son of Sam Mills
, a former linebacker
