Sexual Harassment Allegations

Mr. Strazzullo was recently sued by his former paralegal, who claims Strazzullo molested and sexually harassed her. Her complaint against Strazzullo stated that he blocked her exit from a conference room and masturbated before allowing her to leave the room. She also claims he forcibly kissed her and groped her breasts, and retaliated against her protests with docked pay, cut hours and denied vacation time. Strazzullo maintains that she welcomed his advances and was engaged in an extramarital relationship.
