In 2008, the school broke ground on a new building for the Arts, the Studio at Sage Hill. The Studio will support the school's public purpose mission and serve as a forum for both creation and display. The building was completed in August, 2009. It contains a 300-seat fully flexible black box theater and houses two new departments- Film and Ceramics, along with Visual Arts, Theater, Dance and Choral and Instrumental Music. In addition to the new theater building, Sage Hill is situated on a 30-acre campus with academic buildings, library, gymnasium, football/soccer field, baseball field, outdoor basketball and a sand volleyball court.
