was in 2002-03, the team won 2 of its 3 matches in the first qualifying round. In the 2005-06 edition the team became the first duch team to move on to the second qualifying round, where the team met the eventual finalist 1. FFC Turbine Potsdam and semi-finalist Montpelier HSC achieving only 3 points. The next season one again reached the second qualifying round and only lost by goal difference to Potsdam after 2 wins and one draw thus failing to move on to the quarter finals.

SV Saestum has got the highest attendance in the Hoofdklasse.
