The four storeys underground are parking levels; from the ground floor to the 3rd floor is the electronics market, selling mostly fake and low-quality electronic parts, the 4th to 10th floors are computer and computer accessories shops, where many fake poor quality replicas can be found, the 11th and 12th floors are no restaurants at all, from 13th to 49th floors are intellectualized office floors (Floor 19, 34 and 49 are the asylum levels), from the 50th to 68th floors are going to be a hotel in the air (Floor 63 is the asylum level and equipment cabinet), floor 69 is the sightseeing floor, still under construction, the 70th and 71st floors are equipment levels, the 72nd floor is the landing ground for the helicopters.
