The College dates back to the 1980s and is an extension of Downham Market High School
Downham Market High School

. Both sites share most of the same teachers but are situated on two different sites, but despite this, some college lessons take place on the main Bexwell Site.

Courses

Since September 2000, Downham Market College has housed sixth form students and adult education only, offering a range of courses.

Since 2002, the overall pass rate for Year 13 students at the college has always averaged above 97%, with around 38–40% of entries resulting in grades A & B.
