Rossmoor is a fully developed, financially stable and well organized active adult community. Its 2,303 residences encircle a 104 acre (0.42087344 km²) Championship Golf Course. The community offers a wide selection of living space, from smaller units of 500 sq ft (46.5 m²), to larger units with 2300 sq ft (213.7 m²) of living space, with its architecture primarily being American Colonial in style.
