 and then later went to the University of Ottawa, where she graduated in 1991 with a BFA in painting. She completed a second BFA, this time in cinema at Concordia University in Montreal in 1993.

Career

Roshell began making films in the early 90s including the short films "Blue Canary" 1991, "Stella Signata" 1993 and "Eating Noodles by the Mekong" 1994. Her most significant film "Cotton Candy" was shot in Tokyo
