as Lord FitzWalter. FitzWalter was married twice. His first wife was DEVORGUILLA de Burgh, daughter of JOHN de Burgh of Wakerley, Northants & his wife Cecilia Balliol. His second wife was Alianore, daughter of Robert de Ferrers, 6th Earl of Derby
. He died in January 1326 and was succeeded in the barony by his son from his first marriage, Walter.
