Fitzsimmons was awarded "Best Short Film Made in Florida Competition" at the Ft. Lauderdale International Film Festival for the Confession a story he wrote, produced and directed. He is currently working as a freelance Producer, Production Manager and has numerous projects in various stages of development. Fitzsimmons continues to perform both in film, television and theater. He owns "Shots Fired Productions" and "Sweet Pea Theatrical Productions".
