Ralph was a professor of broadcast journalism at Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology  in Toronto. He appeared as a panel guest on The Casino Rama Grill Room on Sun TV

Ralph formerly worked in various roles at FAN 590 and 680 News, Toronto, and at The Score Television Network. He has appeared on ESPN radio, CNN radio, CBC Newsworld, City TV Toronto and Global television.

Ralph's girlfriend and estranged wife were murdered in 2007.
