Career

Munasifi's comedic alter-ego "Habib Abdul Habib" received much popularity for joking about matters such as US security screening. While rapping most of his acts he first began with a video titled "Arlington: The Rap" which received 300,000 in less than a day.

In 2009 he signed with the Gersh Agency, and later landed a Comedy Central Records

Remy is also notable for a question concerning taxation that he set to music and posted on YouTube that was played during a televised 2008 United States Democratic Presidential Candidates debate.

He has performed several times in the New York Arab-American Comedy Festival.

, which is highly influenced by his Iraqi and Lebanese heritage in regards to culture and food.

Remy's 2011 political spoof video entitled "Raise the Debt Ceiling" had over 195,000 hits on YouTube within four days of its release. He was interviewed on Fox News about the content of the song as well as his views about the debt ceiling. He also has a famous song "Saudis in Audis" which is a parody song about rich Saudi men in Audi A8s.

On October 8, the Youtube channel ReasonTV uploaded a music video, in which Remy pokes fun at the Occupy Wall Street
