Rebekah Elmaloglou (born January 23, 1974) is an Australian actress who is best known for portraying the role of Sophie Simpson on the long-running Australian soap opera Home and Away from 1989 to 1993 and again on a recurring basis from 2002 to 2005. Interestingly, her brothers, Peter Elmaloglou, Dominic Elmaloglou and Sebastian Elmaloglou have appeared on Home and Away (Dominic played Sebastian Harrison in 1996). Sebastian Elmaloglou is well-known for portraying the role of Max Sutherland from 2002 to 2004.

Biography
Elmaloglou left school at the age of 15. She trained at the Keane Kids studios in Sydney, where she studied acting, singing and dancing. Elmaloglou has appeared in numerous roles in various programmes and films such as Mad Max III and Princess Kate. Since leaving Home and Away, Elmaloglou has appeared in the Australian film The Sum of Us and guest starred in A Country Practice as Christine Agapitos. She appeared on the stage at the Sydney Opera House in Caravan. In April 2008 it was revealed that, together with her partner Kane Baker, Elmaloglou was expecting her first child.
