After leaving Kansas, Randy began the Seattle leg of his career at 96.5 FM KYCW. After the station changed format, Randy was moved to KMPS as the full time fill in for Ichabod Caine when he would go on vacation. Eventually Caine made Randy a full time player on the show and currently serves as co-host.

The morning show staff on KMPS (M-F) has now been reduced to Randy Scott and Steven Kilbreath, as Ichabod and Scallops have chosen not to renew their contract with KMPS.
