If the team knows the answer they do not have to find a glowing ball in the ball pit. However if the team do not know the answer they must go to the ball pit and find a glowing ball. Then they must place it on the activation station to get their teams search room online. Runners must make their way up through the three levels of the zone and back down the slide to the contact station, if they don't complete the zone the referee has the right to disqualify them. On the first level each runner must choose a route to take, Route 200 is the favorite route as the route number is converted into points

at the end if the runner gets the question right. The second route is Route 100 and the third and least popular is Route 50. On the third level of 'the Zone' the runner has the choice to unlock the De-Activation Disc which would give them the power to cut of the internet of another team if they choose to do so. If a runner thinks they know an answer, or their team has guessed one before the whistle, they don't have to stop at the contact station. The clock stops for each runners as they land on the finish line - the amount of seconds they have left is the points they will play for, plus the points value from whichever route they took, but remember on Quizone you only win your points if you have a correct answer and get the chance to play.

If a runner doesn't make it to the finish line within the race time of 150 seconds they get sent back to their search room without the chance to play for points at the finish line.

At the finish line the referee asks the first runner in line for their answer, if they are wrong the second person in line gets the chance to answer and play for their points, and if they are wrong the third person in line gets the chance to play.
