The football club has the reputation of a "tough" team, both for their playing style and their fun attitude. They have had the same coach for the last 5 years: Soulis Papadopoulos, who has introduced a fighting spirit, and excellent defensive tactics and the same owner, Giannis Karras, for more than 15 years. The 2006-2007 season Proodeftiki has one of the worst seasons in the club's 80 year history and would be relegated to the Third Division
