Princess Margaretha of Liechtenstein, born Princess Margaretha Antonia Marie Félicité of Luxembourg on 15 May 1957 at Betzdorf Castle, is the fourth child and second daughter of Grand Duke Jean and Grand Duchess Josephine-Charlotte of Luxembourg. She bears the titles Princess of Luxembourg, Princess of Nassau, Princess of Parma, Princess of Liechtenstein and Countess of Rietberg. Her godparents are Prince Felix of Luxembourg and Princess Margrethe of Denmark.

Princess Margaretha of Liechtenstein, born Princess Margaretha Antonia Marie Félicité of Luxembourg on 15 May 1957 at Betzdorf Castle, is the fourth child and second daughter of Grand Duke Jean and Grand Duchess Josephine-Charlotte of Luxembourg. She bears the titles Princess of Luxembourg, Princess of Nassau, Princess of Parma, Princess of Liechtenstein and Countess of Rietberg. Her godparents are Prince Felix of Luxembourg and Princess Margrethe of Denmark. She is the fraternal twin sister of Prince Jean of Luxembourg.
Margaretha studied in Luxembourg, partly at the European School, as well as in Belgium, the United Kingdom and the United States.
On 20 March 1982, she married Prince Nikolaus of Liechtenstein at Notre Dame Cathedral in Luxembourg. They have four children:
