Because of his morganatic marriages, Prince Robin is ineligible to inherit the Head of the House position, titles, and styles, should his nephew by his older brother, Gustav, Hereditary Prince of Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg
remain childless and unmarried. In addition, Prince Robin's children are not included in the line of succession to the headship of the House.
