, Grimaldi lost his wife who was executed in July 1794. After the death of his wife he remarried to Frances Rainford. The couple had no issue.

  1. Marie Camille Athénais Grimaldi (22 Apr 1784 – 8 May 1879) married René de La Tour du Pin, Marquis of La Tour du Pin and had issue.
  2. Athénais Euphrasie Louise Philippine Grimaldi (2 June 1786 – 11 September 1860) married Auguste Michel Felicité Le Tellier de Souvre, Marquis of Louvois and had no issue.
  3. Delphine Aimée Charlotte Grimaldi (born 22 July 1788) never married.
