The club played in the Ekstraklasa as recently as the 2006-2007 season but placed last and were relegated. While normally it would have joined the second division, due to financial problems, the club was demoted two levels further, to the Zachodniopomorska (Western Pomerania) Group of the Fourth League. The club was promoted to the Zachodnia (Western) group of the new II Liga (formerly the Third League) for the 2007-08 season. The club earned promotion to the Polish First League
