 is one of the first events held in PISA. It is the largest and the most comprehensive multi-purpose indoor venue on the Penang island.

PISA encompasses a large Olympic sized swimming pools and a spacious air-conditioned arena. It is the venue for several major swimming and sporting events. The complex is also designed to host conventions, exhibitions and entertainment shows.

The arena has floor area of 3,000 square meters. The largest capacity of the arena is 10,000 people. It can also comfortably accommodates up to 3,000 guests for a sit-down banquet or 140 standard exhibition booths.

The arena hosts the Pikom PC fair in Penang every year. Another famous event hosted before is the Disney's Mickey Magic Show
