In 2009, Noce was ejected from a game after arguing that the strike zone appeared to be the size of a gnat's rectal cavity. Most recently, Noce was tossed out of a game versus University of Indianapolis over a dispute with the home plate umpire regarding the removal of the inner half of the right handed batters box by a player.
