Bach told TMZ she was trying to comfort the couple's daughters earlier in the evening and then went out for dinner where she had a few drinks.
On April 23, 2010 Bach-Hasselhoff was sentenced to a 90-day jail sentence after pleading no contest to a DUI. As a result of the plea, she violated her probation in an earlier DUI case. On April 29, 2010 she began serving her sentence.
