PIM's MBA

The Pakistan Institute of Management (PIM) started an executive MBA evening programme in 1998 in affiliation with IBA, Karachi[2]. In December 2004, IBA withdrew its affiliation with PIM, since then PIM is offering MBA as an degree-awarding institute. In spite of this, PIM has launched evening MBA program in affiliaiton with University of Karachi since 1998.

Apart from that, the List of Higher Education Commission [4] for Degree Awarding Institutes (DAIs) of Pakistan does not recognize the PIM's charter, but PIM's recently published advertisement for admission into evening MBA program showed its "Charted by Govt of Sindh" takes another conflict into account.
