 areas to grow and be trained as orchestral musicians. Members range from 12 to 18 years of age. Members of this orchestra are given the opportunity to work with the professional musicians of the Pacific Symphony and are conducted by Maxim Eshkenazy, the Assistant Conductor of the Pacific Symphony. In the 2008-2009 Eshkenazy takes the place of Michael Hall, the Music Director of the PSYO and Associate Director of the Pacific Symphony for 6 seasons. The Pacific Symphony Youth Orchestra currently performs its annual concert series in Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall at the Orange County Performing Arts Center
