 in 1943 to P. V. Madhavi Sami and P.V. Sami (Founder of KTC Group of Companies), P. V. Gangadharan is one of the most prolific producers in South Indian cinema.
He did his schooling at Azchavattam Government High School though he didn't pass the finals.
He has produced 22 malayalam films under the banner ‘Grihalakshmi Productions'. Many of these films have won several national and international recognitions.
