Biography

Osman Mirzayev was born on April 13, 1937 in Baku, Azerbaijan. He was the graduate of the Phylology Department of Azerbaijan State University. Osman Mirzayev is considered to be one of founders of independent journalism in Soviet Azerbaijan.
