Promotion and relegation
In the fourteenth season of the Northern Premier League Bangor City (as champions) were automatically promoted to the Alliance Premier League, while Lancaster City left the League at the end of the season. The two clubs were replaced by newly-admitted Cheshire County LeagueCheshire County League
