New buildings for district

In the November 2007 election, residents of North College Hill School District voted in favor of a bond issue to allow the district to build three new school buildings — elementary, middle school and high school — scheduled for completion during the 2010-11 school year.

Becker, Clovernook and Goodman Elementary Schools closed at the end of the 2009-2010 school year. In their place, North College Hill Elementary School houses all district students in preschool through grade four. The former Goodman Elementary School building is now the District Office, as well as home to the Passages art gallery and the North College Hill Historical Society.
