The device has a 7 inches (17.8 cm) screen, 16 gigabytes of internal storage, a microSDHC slot compatible with cards up to 32 GB in size, 1 GB of RAM, and a 1 GHz dual-core processor.

There is much speculation that the ever popular nook will be released in Europe in the coming months, but Barnes and Noble would have to find distributing partners in new jurisdictions to achieve this feat.
