Jay-Z spoke in an interview recently remarking that the term "cray" does mean crazy. The line "Ball so hard, muhfuckas wanna FINE me" actually came about from Jay-Z getting fined for visiting The Kentucky Wildcats basketball locker room. He was fined $50,000.
