The company began offering videoconferencing services including multi-point bridging and ISDN gateways in 2004 and has been cited by Videoconferencing Insight Magazine http://www.vcinsight.com as one of the three best IP networks dedicated to videoconferencing in 2005 and 2006.

In 2006, the company was the first datacenter operator worldwide to gain ISO 27001 accreditation. Network I opened a second Tier III datacenter (as defined by The Uptime Institute) in January 2009.
