and to inspire a healthy lifestyle. The awareness campaign consists of yoga classes, concerts and other special events during September to celebrate National Yoga Month and inspire people to practice yoga and to create a more balanced lifestyle.

During National Yoga Month participating yoga studios offer ONE WEEK FREE YOGA to new students.

National Yoga Month is administered by the Yoga Health Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization registered in the State of California.
